We consider an order complete after your deposit has been paid through PayPal. We will contact you to clarify your requirements before starting our work. We will raise an online invoice for the balance before the report is delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery then please email us at hello@revealr.com. We will refund any deposit paid.
If you wish to cancel your order after delivery then please email us within 7 days and tell us why the report is not suitable. We will refund your payment.

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
